Introduction

On the fully south facing slopes of the Marne Valley, the family estate of Alain and Joëlle Navarre covers 6,5 hectares around Passy-sur-Marne and is planted with the three great champagne varieties:- Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Drawing on the skills of their ancestors, all vignerons, Alain and Joëlle Navarre have learnt to develop and blend the different cuvées which are all created on the family property following the pure traditions of champagne making.

The Tradition cuvées come from this knowledge and skill and the Prestige cuvées come from their passion. The rosé made by maceration as opposed to blending, called “Rosé de Saignée” and the Cuvée “Fût de Chêne” (oak barrels) are the top of the range, and reflect the personality of the Alain Navarre Champagne House.

• Alain Navarre Tradition brut:
  NV - Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
  Roundness and fruit make this wine the perfect companion at any time, night or day.
  Also available: demi-sec.
• Alain Navarre Tradition Réserve brut:
  NV - Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
  Exclusively reserve wines.
• Alain Navarre Brut Prestige:
  NV - Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
  Prolonged aging gives maturity, finesse and elegance.
  Also available: demi-sec Cuvée Périgourdine.
• Cuvée Fût de Chêne :
  NV - Mainly Chardonnay
  Vinification in oak barrels.
  Elegant and subtle with a personality that is all finesse.
• Rosé de saignée brut:
  Complete destalking of healthy ripe red grapes.
  In vats 24-48 hours. The colour comes entirely from skin contact.
  A delight as an aperitif, or with fruit or chocolate based desserts.
