Introduction

For three generations, the house of Champagne Biard-Loyaux has been producing champagnes at Passy-sur-Marne which respect Champagne’s traditions. The 10 hectares of vineyards consist mainly of Pinot Meunier, but also contain Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The grapes are pressed in two traditional presses, using the same ways of working that have been passed down from generation to generation.

To maintain the family traditions, the estate still sells champagnes under the brand name Goret-Chabrol, created by the Dominique Biard’s great-grandfather.

Range of Champagnes

• Biard-Loyaux Tradition Brut:
  NV - 1/3 Pinot Meunier, 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay
  with 40% reserve wines.
  Also available: demi-sec.
• Biard-Loyaux Rosé brut:
  NV – 1/3 Pinot Meunier, 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay
  With a blend of barrel aged red wine
  from old Pinot Noir vines.
• Biard-Loyaux Blanc de Blancs brut :
  NV - 100% Chardonnay
  The subtlety and delicacy typical of Chardonnay.
• Biard-Loyaux Prestige brut:
  50% Chardonnay oak-barrel aged, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier
  Cellar aged 5 years.
