Introduction

To be found in Fossoy, the Déhu Père & Fils Champagne House is born of a family who have been vignerons for 7 generations. The 18 hectares of vineyards are on the slopes of the Marne Valley, the best terroir for champagnes mainly made from the Pinot Meunier.

 

Déhu Père et Fils Champagne House regularly wins prizes in both national and international competitions (Vinalies Internationales, Decanter) as well as in specialist magazines (Guide Hachette, La Revue du Vin de France).

Range of Champagnes

• Déhu Tradition brut:
  NV - 75 % Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay and 10 % Pinot Noir
  (20% reserve wines).
  The embodiment of the Déhu style, a champagne for any occasion.
  Also available: extra-brut and demi-sec.
• Déhu Grande Réserve brut :
  NV – Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
  The fruit of long aging which has allowed it to reach its full development.
• Déhu Rosé Prestige brut :
  NV – Blended rosé
  Presented in a transparent bottle.
  A harmonious blend of white and red champagne wines.
• Déhu Vintage brut :
  Only produced in the best years.
  Minimum aging of 6 years. Limited quantities.
  Elegance and finesse. A champagne with a bouquet that is both powerful and refined.
• Cuvée Léon Lhermitte brut :
  Result of patient and delicate labour.
