Introduction

In Mont-Saint-Père, at the heart of the Marne Valley, the Comyn family has been making champagne for 40 years. The richness of their blends is the key to this estate. The generosity of Pinot Noir, the supple roundness of Pinot Meunier and the finesse of Chardonnay create a palette of tastes which lead to sensory delight.

“Harmonie” is the name given to the 2 to 4 year old non vintage champagnes, (traditional, rosé or blanc de blancs): their sparkling youth shows in freshness and fruit.
Symphonie and Opus are the vintage champagnes that are more than 4 years old. They are characterised by their maturity leading to an explosion of very rich flavours and good length in the mouth. Production : 90 000 bottles / year.

Range of Champagnes

• Harmonie Brut:
  NV - Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.
  A very flattering wine of great suppleness.
  Also available: demi-sec.
• Harmonie Rosé brut:
  NV – Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.
  A blended rosé with 15% red wine made from Pinot Noir
  A wine of considerable character, whose salmon pink colour and generous nature are very tempting.
• Harmonie Chardonnay brut:
  NV - 100% Chardonnay
  Generous by nature, this champagne just begs to be discovered.
• Symphonie Vintage brut :
  Mainly Chardonnay, with Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
  A mature champagne of perfect balance.
• Opus blanc de blancs Vintage brut:
  100% Chardonnay.
  Finesse and elegance. A very long aromatic expressiveness.
