Introduction

Vignerons from father to son for four generations, and proud of their inherited family skills, the members of the Olivier family produce champagne in the heart of a typical Marne Valley village, Trélou-sur-Marne.
 

The 10 hectare estate is planted with the three champagne varieties: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
 

Bertrand Olivier is determined to produce wines respecting the traditions of champagne and showing the best that the terroir can offer us. So much the better for all champagne enthusiasts.

  An open hearted, convivial champagne, made to be enjoyed in company.

  NV - 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
  A delicate rosé, full of freshness,
  destined to be the perfect companion to a fruit tart.
• Olivier Père & Fils Cuvée Aparté brut:
  NV - 100% Pinot Noir
  A summer wine, full of the summery scents of fruit.
• Olivier Père & Fils Grande Réserve :
  NV - 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay
  A wine full of character, to accompany the whole meal.
• Olivier Père & Fils Brut Vintage :
  25% Pinot Meunier, 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay
  A polished and mature champagne.
